After releasing his solo work “LUCK AND STRANGE” in 2024, he performed six shows in Rome, Italy, and then finally performed six consecutive shows at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The first day of the show, October 9th, was recorded in full for 2 hours and 25 minutes from the digital audience master released by Taper. With the wonderful acoustics of the venue, every single note of Gilmour’s guitar was reproduced clearly in detail, and the clear atmosphere continued until the end. And like the previous Rome performance, it was a set that incorporated songs from “LUCK AND STRANGE” as the main solo and Floyd numbers everywhere, and while the overall composition was almost the same, “Sings” from the new work was set in the middle of the Rome performance and was also performed here in London, so fans should check it out. Incidentally, all of the RAH6 performances, including this title, were recorded by the same local taper using the latest recording equipment, and were recorded with a thorough understanding of the hall’s sound equipment, so all of them were recorded with the same high-quality sound.
