Description

From Ziggy’s early UK tour in 1972, the June 16th talkie and town hall performance in southwestern England was recorded from a cassette master owned by a British hard collector, with a stable and good audience recording at the time. Recorded for 76 minutes. Although the direct feel of the sound is lacking, the musical sound itself is well captured, and everything from Bowie’s singing voice to the balance of each instrument is recorded beautifully. The content of the live performance was also interesting.Bowie, who had not yet become Ziggy, attacked with new songs from the beginning, and while incorporating the work from his previous album “Hunky Dory”, he relaxed around “Amsterdam”. It is amazing that the arrangement is completely jiggy, and it is noteworthy that it is the era when Cream’s “I Feel Fine” is being played. 1. Ode To Joy 2. Hang On To Yourself 3. Ziggy Stardust 4. The Supermen 5. Queen Bitch 6. Song For Bob Dylan 7. Starman 8. Changes 9. Five Years 10. Space Oddity 11. Andy Warhol 12. Amsterdam 13. I Feel Free 14. Moonage Daydream 15. I Can’t Explain 16.
