This latest recording features a live performance at The UC Theater in Berkeley, California, on May 30, 2025, from their latest North American tour, still featuring their ’80s lineup, recorded in high-quality digital PCM stereo with an audience! The band released their 12th album, “DARKADELIC,” in 2023, their first in five years since “EVIL SPIRITS,” and performed in Japan in March 2024. This latest recording, recorded directly from the digital PCM master, delivers a wide range and a comfortable sound image, allowing you to enjoy each part with a clear, balanced, and high-quality sound. The set features the return of original drummer Rat Scabies, and the addition of keyboardist Monty Oxymoron, who joined the ’80s lineup of Dave Vanian, Captain Sensible, and Paul Gray on the 2001 album “GRAVE DISORDER.” The band will perform “Beware of the Clown” and “The Invisible Man” from their latest album, “DARKADELIC,” due for release in 2023, for which music videos were released ahead of the album’s release. The set also includes early hits like “Love Song” and “Neat Neat Neat,” as well as killer tunes that sum up their career to date, such as the 1986 single “Eloise.” The setlist is also included, complete and uncut, including “Alone Again Or” by Arthur Lee’s band LOVE, which wasn’t played on the 2024 tour, and a cover of Jefferson Airplane’s “White Rabbit,” a single released in 1980 only in France and Germany!
