Modern groove master Christian McBride’s latest European tour with Inside Straight, recorded live at La Seine Musicale in Boulogne-Billancourt, France on March 17, 2022, on a two-disc set with superb stereo soundboard recordings. Inside Straight was formed in 2007 as a return to acoustic jazz, and features a heated performance with talented viboraphone player Warren Wolf, jazz piano king Peter Martin, up-and-coming New York alto saxophonist Jaleel Shaw, and highly trusted drummer Carl Allen.
