Description
Although detailed data is unknown from the 1973 US tour, the live performance at Richard’s Cafe in Atlanta, Georgia is completely recorded with the soundboard sound source from the radio on-air master. First of all, the live sound source of “My Time” released the previous year from this period has rarely been distributed and is highly rare, and the performance was changed from a large band to a five-piece one. It was a time of a shift, and the play of Les Dudick, who later gained attention as a solo guitarist, is also noteworthy. Songs such as “Dinah Flo” and “Monkey Time” from the same album were released at a time when the swamp color and R&B taste were still strong, and they had plenty of earthy charm typical of Cisco’s sound, which had yet to break out. Fans must listen to this valuable soundboard live performance of early Boz, who was once said to be the “face of Cisco.” DISC ONE : 01. Introduction/02. We Were Always Sweethearts/03.
