Description
A 2-disc set that is a must-have for fans and includes a high-quality audience recording of the Kansas City performance on November 3rd from the North American tour that took place from September to November in 1978. It was a live show in the latter half of the tour, and you can enjoy the energetic stage that survived the greasy stage with a very excellent sound as a monaural audience recording at the time. Although it is a sound that makes you feel the distance from the stage, it is recorded with a neat and stable sound, and there is little crowding and the sense of separation is perfect. In addition, there are no annoying audience members around, so you can listen to the performance stress-free. The freshness of the sound is also good, and there is no doubt that it is a digitized version of a tape that is close to the master. When you first listen to it, you may get the impression that it’s a bit small, but it’s a fairly high-quality sound source, very easy to listen to, and reproduces delicate sound parts very well. The set is typical of this period, and there are no surprising song selections, but the sound is good anyway, making it a must-listen and must-have for fans.
