The Chapel Hill performance (Disc 1) in particular has a breathtaking clarity, and the sense of distance and naturalness is very similar to “Newcastle 1971 (Shades 1235).” Even without the rare song collection, this is a masterpiece that allows you to experience the “PARANOID Tour” with realistic sound. Only five performances of the classic “Into the Void” remain from the 1970s.
