The September 6th “Cologne Concert”, which has long been famous as Evans’ standard sound source in 1976, will be played on the same day on an extremely high-quality stereo sound board that has improved the sound quality of previously released songs, including many first-time recordings. Introducing the first complete recording in the order of performance! This live sound source is the only valuable record from the rare European tour that Evans, who was active mainly in the United States at the time, took in between tours, and was first released on the West Wind album released in 1989. At that time, the exact location of the recording was unclear, but the exact data was later revealed from tapes in the Evans Memorial Library owned by British researcher Brian Hennessy. In response, it reappeared on the Norma edition in 1999, and in recent years, its performance can be heard on the Gambit edition. However, for some reason, all of the above CDs only contained the first seven songs, and the order of the songs was random… However, recently, the unreleased songs from the first set of “Cologne” and all the first songs were released for the first time.
