Description
The Beatles’ 1966 concert in Essen, Germany, on June 25th, just before their Nippon Budokan performance, was recorded on a CD using a soundboard source that was recently unearthed and is now completely new. First of all, about a week before their legendary Japan tour, they performed in three German cities, Munich, Essen, and Hamburg, from June 24th to 26th. The entirety of those three days has only recently been recorded and recorded, but this time, the evening performance of the two performances in Essen on June 25th, the middle day of the tour, was unearthed as a soundboard source and was released. Although there was an audience source for the afternoon performance, the quality is on a different level from this soundboard, and above all, the fact that you can listen to the full live performance with the exact same set as the five Budokan performances with this sound quality is of immeasurable documentary value. In the second half, as a bonus, the Bournemouth performance on August 21, 1963, which was also discovered in 2025 and became a hot topic, was added with an audience source released on the web, making this a must-have limited edition collector’s edition for fans. 01.
