Description
Paul Kossoff passed away in March 1976 at the age of 25. After leaving Free, he spent a year recovering from drug addiction, and released his first album “The Band Play On” in 1975 as Back Street Crawlers. The London performance on the 15th was recorded using the recently leaked soundboard sound source. First of all, while there have been soundboard sound sources from the incomplete radio on-air masters of the time, here it is almost fully recorded, with the first album’s numbers as the main, and the familiar “The” from the free era. A must-listen item where you can fully enjoy the tearful guitar that delicately trembles the soul, making full use of Kossoff’s specialty Les Paul and bass amp.
