In 2009, he released his first solo album in 20 years, “ANOMALY,” marking his full return to the music scene. Just before the album’s release, on September 12th, he appeared at “THE SUNSET STRIP MUSIC FESTIVAL” in Hollywood. This full 67-minute recording is taken from the digital audience master recently released by Taper. Only three tracks from the album were unveiled, with the rest of the set consisting of tracks from his time with KISS. Among them, “Cold Gin” and the closing track “Black Diamond” even feature a surprise appearance by Slash, who had just disbanded from Velvet Revolper.
