This new release features a complete, high-quality digital PCM stereo audience recording of the concert held in Leuven, Belgium—a warm-up show for the band’s 50th-anniversary performance at Wembley, London, scheduled for April 2026. The band has been active with the 2023 release of *DARKADELIC* (their 12th album and first in five years since *EVIL SPIRITS*), a Japan tour in March 2024, and the January release of their latest album, *NOT LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE* (recorded in just five days immediately following their 2025 US tour). This recording captures the April 6, 2026, show at the Het Depot concert hall in Leuven. Sourced directly from the digital PCM master, the audio offers a wide dynamic range and excellent instrument separation, allowing you to enjoy a clear, well-balanced sound where every part comes through beautifully. Featuring the return of original drummer Rat Scabies alongside the 1980s lineup of Dave Vanian, Captain Sensible, and Paul Gray—plus keyboardist Monty Oxymoron (who has been with the band since the 2001 album *Grave Disorder*)—the band performed a setlist that encapsulated their entire career. Eschewing tracks from their latest covers album (released in January) in favor of a show that served as a public rehearsal for their 50th-anniversary Wembley concert, they played early classics like “Love Song” and “Neat Neat Neat,” as well as the 1986 single “Eloise.” The set also included “Nasty”—a rare B-side to the 1984 single “Thanks for the Night” originally recorded for the BBC comedy series *The Young Ones*—and “Wake The Dead” from the 2023 album *Darkadelic* (a song not played during last year’s tour).
