While these are audience recordings, the sound quality is exceptional, thanks to the recording by TapeTyrant, a taper renowned for his jazz fusion audience recordings. Jazz clubs generally offer clean recordings, but the key factor is the level of audience noise. This recording is virtually devoid of such noise, making it perfect. Sections with near-silence between tracks are skillfully edited to ensure a smooth and enjoyable listening experience. The same taper also released a recording from the previous day on the same label, which is also highly recommended.
