This recording captures the November 26th Nottingham Arena show from his solo UK tour following the “Face to Face” US tour in 2002, which featured a highly acclaimed collaboration with Billy Joel. The recording is almost entirely sourced from a stereo soundboard master recently leaked by someone involved in the production. While it lacks some of the live atmosphere due to being a direct board recording from the mixing console, the sound balance is well-maintained, and aside from a few cuts, it offers a level of realism far superior to edited and processed official live albums. The setlist includes hit singles from his album “Songs from the West Coast,” such as “I Want Love,” “This Train,” and “Original Sin,” blending old and new songs. Most importantly, live recordings from this solo tour have been virtually nonexistent until now, making this a must-have for fans.
