Beatles / Anthology Alternates Vol. 2

From a label essential for Beatles fans comes the new Alternate series of the 2026 Anthology, a newly revised edition. The second installment in the series, Anthology 2: Alternates, begins with a brand new remix of “Real Love” that differs from the original, and focuses on the mid-period from 1965 to 1968. The content differs from the original version, and the selection mainly consists of studio recordings from the albums Help!, Rubber Soul, and Revolver. In addition to basic tracks such as “Yesterday” and “Dreamer,” it also includes the longest versions of “12-Bar Original,” “It’s All Too Much,” and “I Am the Walrus,” as well as studio outtakes that were included in the box sets Revolver and Sgt. Pepper’s, all with different mixes and previously unreleased tracks, all with different editing and mixes. Furthermore, live recordings of “Everybody’s a Good Girl” (Shea Stadium) and the worldwide live broadcast of “All You Need Is Love” are included in stereo demixes different from the original versions. *This is the latest 2026 edited version with the newest upgraded quality, using new masters for all tracks, including previously unreleased material. *It compiles a selection of valuable and rare tracks that have never been released before, including unedited tracks with different sound sources than the original, alternate mixes, and real stereo tracks created with the latest AI demixes.
