This is a live recording from the Pat Metheny Group’s 2002 “Speaking of Now” era. It was a lengthy live performance, featuring Richard Bona’s participation and some fantastic vocals. While the original recording was muffled and not particularly good, remastering has dramatically improved the sound quality, resulting in a “high-quality” audience recording. Careful editing has also been done to remove as much of the nearby applause as possible between songs, and shortening long gaps between songs, making it easier to listen to.
