Description

The best footage of “BON JOVI LIVE TOUR 2011” will be released to accompany the best album “GREATEST HITS”. The two tours up to this point, “LOST HIGHWAY TOUR 2007-2008” and “THE CIRCLE TOUR 2010”, each recorded sales of over 200 million dollars, making them the “world’s highest-earning tours”. Although this tour did not take first place because the number of shows was reduced, it still earned more than 190 million dollars and came in second. They showed off their status as the “world’s best rock band” in both name and reality. This work includes one part of that successful tour, “Dusseldorf performance on July 13, 2011”. First, let’s imagine their position from the entire tour.・February 9th-March 9th: North America #1 (17 shows) ・March 17th-March 26th: North America #2 (5 shows) ・April 30th-May 22nd: North America #3 (13 shows) ・June 8th-30th: Europe #1 (12 shows) ・July 8th-31st: Europe #2 (12 shows) ←★Here★ A total of 59 shows. The previous two tours exceeded $200 million with just under 100 shows, so $190 million for less than 60 shows shows how big each show was. The Dusseldorf show in this work was the third show (the 10th show from the end) of “Europe #2”, which is the latter half of the show. This work is a masterpiece video that boasts tremendous quality. In terms of specs, it is a shot from the stands on the right side of the stage (Richie Sambora side). When you play it, you will be amazed by the sight. The band facing the 44,000 people gathered at the venue is captured from a distance, and the sense of its enormous scale is overwhelming. Moreover, it is truly “band vs. large crowd” at a considerable angle from the side. However, it is boring to watch the “distant view from the side”. Perhaps the photographer thought so, because from the fifth song “Superman Tonight”, he stopped shooting directly and pointed the camera at the screen. In fact, this is where it gets amazing! Originally, it was a perfect view with super vivid image quality and zero obstructions of digital equipment, but the screen you can see from there is almost a multi-camera pro shot! The screen that satisfies the huge venue makes frequent use of close-ups, and the dynamic camera work suitable for the “world’s best band” explodes. You can look at it directly without the shadow of the front row. Moreover, the advantage of zero obstructions is also utilized in the sound, and the straight and direct performance and singing are very clear (probably near the PA). In fact, it is an audience shot, but the quality is no different from a professional shot. “BON JOVI LIVE TOUR 2011” drawn with that quality is also wonderful. It is a support tour for the best album, but the rare songs that you would never think of are amazing. After all, it is “Happy Now” that makes you want to ask “How many times have you sung it?” from the opening, and the new songs “The More Things Change” and “What Do You Got?” from “GREATEST HITS” are also shown. Furthermore, “We Weren’t Born To Follow”, “Superman Tonight” and “When We Were Beautiful”! There are plenty of songs that will make you say “Oh!” Of course, as always, many of the big hits will make you burn, but even there, there is a twist, such as incorporating “Mercy / Roadhouse Blues” in “Bad Medicine”. Moreover, that “Mercy” is a cover of DUFFY, and this song itself has only been played a handful of times (for some reason, it has been played three times). “BON JOVI LIVE TOUR 2011” was full of not only big hits but also delicious songs. Although it is a tour that did not realize the performance in Japan, it can be seen like a multi-camera pro shot. It is not a real pro shot, but it is pro shot class, and it is not a big hit parade, but it is full of masterpieces. It is such a “maniac but the highest quality” gem. It is because I have loved the underground world that I can encounter such a masterpiece video. It is a “luxurious moment” that only maniacs can know. This weekend, why not enjoy the super rare performance of “the world’s best rock band” with the best screenshots? Live at Esprit Arena, Dusseldorf, Germany 13th July 2011 AMAZING SHOT!!! (135:13) 1.
