Description
This is a high quality stereo soundboard recording of a live performance by two masters, Al Cohn and Zoot Sims, at the jazz club Stampen in Stockholm, Sweden on November 24, 1974. This product is a rare live performance at a jazz club the day before the official recording of “Motoring Along”. The tenor saxophones of Al and Zoot, who have a great compatibility, are well intertwined, creating a cool swing be-bop. And the piano played by Horace Parlan, who backs him up, is dynamic and delicate, adding even more depth to the performance. You can enjoy the precious live performance by Al Cohn and Zoot Sims in Stockholm in 1974 with the best sound. Live at Stampen, Stockholm, Sweden. November 24th 1974 2.
