Description
The best soundboard master series of the “PUMP” era, which has been very well received. The latest edition of the mother country, America, is here. The “June 26, 1990 Mansfield performance” is permanently preserved in this work. It is a stereo soundboard recording. Recently, under the supervision of overseas researchers, we have introduced many of AEROSMITH’s highest peak update masters. In particular, the “PUMP Tour” has a series of soundboard masterpieces. Masterpieces such as the Swiss performance “WINTERTHUR MUSIKFESTWOCHEN FESTIVAL 1990” and the Japanese performance “DEFINITIVE BUDOKAN 1990: SOUNDBOARD” have been very well received. What is the position of this work in such a situation? First of all, let’s organize the collection while taking a bird’s-eye view of the activity outline at that time. 1989 {“Pump” released on September 12th}・October 18th – November 26th: Europe #1 (26 performances)・December 15th – 31st: North America #1a (10 performances) ← *Landbar DVD 1990・January 1st – March 31st: North America #1b (45 performances)・April 17th – May 28th: North America #2 (28 performances)・June 17th – July 28th: North America #3 (29 performances) ← ★Here★・August 15th – September 3rd: Europe #2 (10 performances) ← *Switzerland SBD・September 8th: Las Vegas performance・September 12th – 22nd: Japan (7 performances) ← *Budokan SBD・September 29th – October 15th: Australia (8 performances)This is AEROSMITH in 1989/1990. While “WINTERTHUR MUSIKFESTWOCHEN FESTIVAL 1990” was “Europe #2” and “DEFINITIVE BUDOKAN 1990: SOUNDBOARD” was a soundboard album born from “Japan”, the Mansfield performance of this work was the leg just before that, “North America #3”. It was the seventh concert. This work recorded at such a show is truly a superb product. It is also a standard sound source that has been known for a long time, and the type is somewhere between “mix table direct connection” and “official style”. The balance of liveliness and distant cheers is comparable to the direct connection system, while the mix balance with a beautiful ensemble is also full of elegance like FM broadcasting and official. Moreover, the sound by the best master can be called “official class”. In a sense, it is the most delicious type of sound board. Such a delicious sound board is drawn in a full show that is similar to the previous two works “WINTERTHUR MUSIKFESTWOCHEN FESTIVAL 1990” and “DEFINITIVE BUDOKAN 1990: SOUNDBOARD”. Let’s organize it by comparing it here. Geffen era (11 songs) Permanent Vacation: Permanent Vacation/Angel (★★)/Rag Doll/Dude (Looks Like a Lady) Pump: Young Lust/F.I.N.E./Monkey On My Back/Don’t Get Mad, Get Even (★★)/Janie’s Got A Gun/Voodoo Medicine Man/What It Takes (★) Classics (7 songs) Dark night heavy rock: Big Ten Inch Record (★★)/Sweet Emotion Rock: Last Child/Back In The Saddle Other: Mama Kin/Lightning Strikes (★★)/Red House *Note: The “★” mark indicates songs that were not heard on the masterpiece “DEFINITIVE BUDOKAN 1990: SOUNDBOARD”. In particular, the “★★” mark indicates songs that were not heard on “WINTERTHUR MUSIKFESTWOCHEN FESTIVAL 1990”. …And so on. It leans more towards the latest hits than the Japanese performances, and seven songs from the masterpiece “PUMP” are played on a large scale. The most important of these is “Don’t Get Mad, Get Even”, a rare song that has hardly been played since this tour. Moreover, it is not even on “WINTERTHUR MUSIKFESTWOCHEN FESTIVAL 1990”, so by combining this work, you can enjoy the live version of all the songs on “PUMP” except “My Girl” (by the way, “My Girl” is said to have been played only once in the history of Aero, so you cannot expect a soundboard). It is more vivid than “WINTERTHUR MUSIKFESTWOCHEN FESTIVAL 1990” and more beautiful than “DEFINITIVE BUDOKAN 1990: SOUNDBOARD”. It is the highest peak master of such a soundboard album. Stereo soundboard recording of “June 26, 1990 Mansfield performance”. This is the best master supervised by overseas researchers, and while it boasts the vividness of a direct mix table, the official mix balance is also wonderful. “Angel”, “Don’t Get Mad, Get Even”, “Big Ten Inch Record”, “Lightning Strikes”, and other masterpieces that cannot be heard on the masterpieces “WINTERTHUR MUSIKFESTWOCHEN FESTIVAL 1990” and “DEFINITIVE BUDOKAN 1990:” are also delicious masterpieces.
