Description

Rock in Rio is a huge outdoor festival held in Portugal in 2004, which attracted a total of 1.4 million people over six days. It is said that the scale of the festival far exceeds that of Woodstock. The performers are all genres and super luxurious. After Moonspell, Sepultura, Slipknot, and Incubus, the final act of the day, Metallica, is recorded in full. The audience was so excited that they were waiting for the performance, even though they had already been to a live performance by a rich band before. LARDS (dr.) is always drumming with high energy and standing up, and whenever he has time, he leaves the drums and stirs up the audience. JAMES (vo.) also appears with his hair cut short and slicked back, and shows a powerful and dignified performance. The songs included are 笙ェFRANTIC, 笙ェLIPER MESSIAH, 笙ェNO LEAF CLOVER, 笙ェST.ANGER, etc. from the opening, 笙ェCREPING DEATH and the final song of the first part, The first part ended with a set that mixed BATTERY and new songs, and the two encores and the final greetings from each member were recorded!! The last two encores, which are different every time, were 笙ェHIT THE RIGHTS and 笙ェSEEK AND DESTROY!!! The members seemed to be in very good condition, and the mood was very relaxed. However, they were smiling a lot… A total of 18 songs with the hot power that only METALLICA can deliver, even in front of an audience of hundreds of thousands, for a full 140 minutes! Disc-1 01. BLACKENED 02. FUEL 03. HARVESTER OF SORROW 04. WELCOME HOME (SANITARIUM) 05. FRANTIC 06. LEPER MESSIAH 07. NO LEAF CLOVER 08. ST. ANGER 09. SAD BUT TRUE 10. CREEPING DEATH Disc-2 01.
