Description
Contains two live performances by the genius duo Coryell-Summers. Coryell was involved in jazz rock earlier than anyone else. Summers was active in the British jazz rock scene. Two people with similar roots. I’m sure you are well aware of the creative activities and successes that followed. Then, as fate would have it, the two finally crossed paths in the late 1990s. Moreover, the form was an acoustic duo. The first performance was at NAMN SHOW in 1997. This is an audience shot at a small venue. The shot is not bad, but you may be concerned about blurring and noise due to dubbing etc. In the latter half of the trio stage of Coryell, Kenwood Dennard, and Bunny Brunelle (which is also very cool), there is a duo corner of Summers and Coryell. The second shot is from the POLI JAZZ FESTIVAL stage in 1996. This is a professional shot. Oregon percussionist Trilok Gurtu is featured in the background. If anything, it seems like the phrasing is more exhilarating than rock music, what do you think?
