The 1999 Kanagawa Prefectural Hall performance on May 25th, the second day of the Japan tour accompanying “WHO ELSE!”, was recorded in full with an ultra-high quality audience recording that surpassed even the soundboard. The 1999 tour, which was the first in 10 years, was a particularly impactful tour among Beck’s recent visits to Japan, and it made the world aware of Beck’s health due to its good content.
