At a jazz concert held in Warsaw, Poland on October 26, 1973, Bobo Stenson, Pare Danielsson, and Jon Christensen released the masterpiece “Which Tie To” under the name Garbarek Stenson Quartet. Live at Jamboree, Garbarek, Bill Frisel, Eberhard Weber, Jon Christensen’s masterpiece “Pas Prinz” with the quartet, and the Molde Jazz concert held in Norway in July or August 1982 by the same members. Almost the same members as the quartet masterpiece “I Took Up the Runes” that was performed live at the festival and included Garbarek, Rainer Brüninghaus, Eberhard Weber, and Nana Vasconcelos, who passed away suddenly the other day. Garbarek Collectors’ strongest two discs, all recorded on the label’s own carefully remastered and extremely high-quality soundboard of three live performances held in Hamburg, Germany on November 20, 1990.
