A live recording of James Brown. When you think of JB’s live shows, you’ll hear the sharp guitar cutting, the tight rhythm, and the groovy riffs that develop in time with the bridge that is determined one after another. The audience cheers it on. It is a wonderful audience recording that captures everything perfectly. The first half is an up-tempo funk tune. What’s cool about “Hot Pants”? Gradually, Odai JB’s soulful vocals begin to explode. I can clearly see JB between the left and right speakers, clutching the microphone stand and wriggling his body. “Man’s Man’s Man’s World” is a ballad tune typical of Otis Redding. As usual, the set list, which came together quickly, was the best as always. If you can’t get your body moving after listening to this, you’ll never get bored no matter how many times you listen to it. This is the pinnacle of black music.
