Description
Introducing a new hot tuna item that has been popular recently! This is a recording from 1969, not long after Jorma Koukonen and Jack Cassady formed Hot Tuna. Early Hot Tuna were an acoustic blues outfit, just as their first album was acoustic. However, the performance at the Matrix on July 22, 1969, recorded here, is by a powerful electric band. But Papa John Creech is not there. In other words, it’s a simple blues rock jam that features Yoma’s guitar and Jack’s rough bass! This is an item that will definitely be loved by the same fan base as the Steve Miller Band!
