Description
In 1978, in between performances in Japan, a studio session recorded for radio broadcasting at a studio in Tokyo has been released, making it a much-coveted sound source for fans. Immediately after the release of the two-headed leader album “Big Blues” in 1978, the tour to Japan began on March 4th at Toranomon Hall in Tokyo. This time, the broadcast studio session released was held the day after the first performance. The first three songs are performed by a trio led by Jim Hall, and the fourth song is recorded by a quartet that includes Art Farmer. The phantom studio session recorded over 40 years ago is now revived here! !
